Services:
Training is provided by Elizabeth Moxness, of Critter Gal. Classes are limited to ensure adequate attention is given to all dogs and their owners. The service provided by the Trainer is dog obedience training for specific skills. The degree to which a dog is successfully trained is a function of the interest, commitment, and cooperation of the owner. There is no guarantee that a dog will achieve the desired level of training despite the best efforts of the instructor.
Compensation:
The client will pay the amount of $150 (plus tax) for a five-week class. Classes will be held once a week for one hour. Payment is due prior to commencement of class. Once classes have begun, any requested refunds are subject to the trainer’s discretion. Make up sessions can be scheduled at trainer’s discretion.
Removal From Class:
Dogs must be up to date on at least 2nd set of vaccinations. Trainer may use her discretion to refuse entrance into class if any dog is deemed unhealthy, aggressive, or otherwise unsuitable for services provided. Trainer, at her discretion, may remove any dog from the class that she feels is a threat or harmful to other dogs or people at any point in the class. Refunds issued at trainers discretion.
Liability:
Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Elizabeth Moxness, Trainer, and Trainers employees/agents harmless from all liability of any loss, damage, or injury to persons, property, or animals, arising from or related to owner’s pet. Owner agrees that trainer shall not be liable for loss or damage to animal for any reason unless said loss or damage was a direct result of trainer’s negligence.
